About Henry Wojtaszek

Henry F. Wojtaszek is an experienced attorney with more than three decades of legal, public sector, and executive leadership experience. His practice focuses on municipal law, public finance, and economic development, advising companies, local governments, public officials, and municipal boards on governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, and related legal matters.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Wojtaszek has served in a variety of legal and leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. He previously served as the elected City Attorney for North Tonawanda and was a partner with the law firm Harris Beach PLLC. In addition to his legal practice, he served as General Counsel and later President and Chief Executive Officer of the Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation and as Chief Executive Officer of Batavia Downs Gaming. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Navy.

Mr. Wojtaszek earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Buffalo State University. He has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1987.
