About Henry Wojtaszek

Henry F. Wojtaszek is an experienced attorney with a broad background in law, public service, and executive leadership. His practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including personal injury, criminal defense, vehicle and traffic violations, DWI, real estate, wills and estate planning, municipal and ordinance law, and election law. He represents individuals, businesses, local governments, public officials, and municipal boards, providing practical, knowledgeable counsel and personalized representation tailored to the needs of each client.

Mr. Wojtaszek has served in a variety of legal and leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. He previously served as the elected City Attorney for North Tonawanda and was a partner with the law firm Harris Beach PLLC. He has also served as General Counsel and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation and as Chief Executive Officer of Batavia Downs Gaming. Earlier in his career, he served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Navy.

Mr. Wojtaszek earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Buffalo State University. He has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1987.
